Property in Golden Sands:- This is a major holiday resort. Pros – Golden Sands has very few apartment blocks, with holiday accommodation being mainly hotels. This means that the blocks that are being built at the moment will be in high demand during summer season. Summer season rentals (April – September) will give an excellent yield on investment (see Rental Yields). They are restricting the number of apartment buildings that will be allowed to be built in the area. Golden Sands is a high-end resort compared to Sunny Beach, making property more expensive. It is close to Varna City as well as Varna’s international airport.
